Treatment of infections caused by Mycplasma spp. and other
bacteria sensitive for doxycycline.
• Fowl cholera (Pasteurella multocida)
• Infectious synovitis (Mycoplasma synoviae)
• Infectious sinusitis of turkey (Mycoplasma gallisepticum)
• Chronic respiratory disease of chickens (Mycoplasma gallisepticum)
The product should be used on the basis of the results of antibiotic
susceptibility tests by taking into consideration the guidelines for the use of
antimicrobial agents.

Active Ingredient

Doxycycline hyclate 300 mg/g

Target species: domestic fowl (broiler chicken), turkey

Withdrawal period: Domestic fowl (broiler chicken) meat and offal: 7 days Turkey
meat and offal: 10 days. The veterinary medicinal product is not authorized for
the treatment of poultry producing eggs for human consumption.

Amounts to be administered and administration procedure
General dosage is 15 mg doxycycline-hyclate powder / 1 kilogram of bodyweight
for the preparation of a solution for internal use for animal treatment over a period
of 3–5 days. Calculated amount of product shall be added to drinking water of
animals taken in within three hours. Before treatment animals shall be withdrawn
from water.

Packaging: 1 kg in polyethylene box closed with a polyethylene screw cap.
